SILVA, Ana Valéria Barbosa da; ALMEIDA, Maria Elizabeth Bianconcini de  and  ROMARO, Paulo. Curriculum, Technology and Innovation:. e-Curriculum [online]. 2023, vol.21, e61608.  Epub Feb 26, 2024. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2023v21e61608.

The proposed problem is to reflect on the need for a curriculum for training administrators. The central argument is the need for pedagogical innovation guided by current demands in organizational environments intertwined with technologies that seek skills that are not feasible with transmissive practices in the teaching and learning processes. The theoretical framework comprises concepts of pedagogical innovation, curriculum, technologies, and networks. The methodology was based on bibliographical research, documental analysis of pedagogical projects in selected university courses, and interviews with coordinators. As a result, the data revealed indicators enabling the mapping of pedagogical innovation with curricula to be constituted in a network whose links are the universities, the organizational environment, and the community, connecting theory and practice for citizenship education.

Keywords : curriculum; pedagogical innovation; higher education; networks.
