Abstract

This study aims to map how the rules of coexistence in virtual communities of players are organized and agreed upon, considering identity factors, learning and sharing. An integrative literature review was performed which resulted in 509 papers. After analysis based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 3 works were analyzed. The results indicate that communities are organized and identified by affinity and interests, by the effort and time dedicated, they learn collaboratively, share experiences, can move creatively in the search for solutions and their participants can stop being mere consumers to become become producers of artifacts for the games. It is concluded that many forms of learning take place in these communities and that the forms of organization can be integrated into the curriculum and inspire pedagogical practices.
