The development of computational thinking skills facilitates problem solving. A study involving computational thinking and pedagogical architecture was carried out with technical high school students to see if they used the pillars of computational thinking in their interactions with the Thesis Debate software. To this end, an applied field study with a qualitative approach was carried out, based on a workshop with seven synchronous and asynchronous meetings. The content was analyzed based on the interactions in the Thesis Debate software. The research observed evidence of the use of computational thinking in the composition of written texts, from the initial argument to the final version. The results showed that the use of Thesis Debate has the potential to support the development of computational thinking in an interdisciplinary way.
