This article analyzes the intersectional markers of black women who are students in Youth and Adult Education (EJA), perceiving ethnic-racial, gender and class indicators that configure violation of human rights. This is a bibliographic and documentary section of the research process for a master's degree in Education. The main references are authors who research Youth and Adult Education (Arroyo, 2017), Intersectionality (Collins; Bilge 2020; Gonzalez, 2020), black women (Vaz; Ramos, 2021; Carneiro, 2023), educating in human rights (Candau; Sacavino, 2013; Silva, 2022). The study revealed that most black female EJA students are in a vulnerable situation, with their rights being doubly violated, considering that this modality occupies a peripheral place in the school, reproducing institutional exclusion.
