NERI, Juliana Fonseca de Oliveira; PONCE, Branca Jurema  and  SANCHES, Ana Lúcia. The study of Diadema's experience (2021-2024) based on the Curricular Justice proposal reveals itself as a counterpoint to neoliberal advances because it is guided by social participation and the promotion of human dignity. This article analyzes the challenges and possibilities of this concept and its practical consequences in public policies and pedagogical practices in the municipal network of Diadema, legitimizing the experience of the history of the municipality and the country. The concepts of legitimation, Critical Education Theory, Curricular Justice, pluralistic social justice and the policy cycle are utilized as theoretical references. The qualitative methodology adopts content analysis of public documents. Diadema stands out as a reference for legitimation and the search for Curricular Justice, despite the challenges faced.

Keywords : Curricular Justice; Participatory Pedagogical Political Project; Integral Education; public policies; legitimation.
