This article aimed to answer the question: How can the pedagogical coordinator become an agent of plural literacies in their formative action with teachers? This is a qualitative literature review study that addresses plural literacies, mobilized in schools through gamification, as a potential tool for teacher training. The objective was to discuss how the pedagogical coordinator can become an agent of plural literacies in formative processes through gamified practices. To this end, references were drawn from Bazerman (2007, 2021), Domingues (2013), Huizinga (2000), Kalantzis, Cope, and Pinheiro (2020), Kapp (2012), Kleiman (2006), Silva and Araújo (2012), Street (2014), among others. It was concluded that plural literacies, fostered by pedagogical coordinators through gamification, can enhance teacher training processes in schools.
