CARRER, Juliano  y  GIACOMAZZO, Graziela Fatima. Social movements in digital culture and human formation. Práxis Educativa [online]. 2020, vol.15, e20131516.  Epub 26-Mar-2020. ISSN 1809-4309.  https://doi.org/10.5212/praxeduc.v.15.13516.013.

This paper presents a research cut-off that analyzed the performance of the subjects participating in social movements, in the digital culture, and its relation with citizen human formation. The concept of citizen human formation is discussed from Suchodolski (2002), Freire (1996), Severino (1994, 2005, 2006, 2010) and Santos (2007). It is understood that social movements are agents of transformation of society, as pointed out by Gohn (2010a, 2010b, 2014), Castells (2013) and Scherer-Warren (1989). Then, a dialogue with a feminist collective took place. The features of conversation wheel and analysis of the social media Facebook of the research group were used, in the context of a qualitative research. It was verified that its performance makes the amplification of the citizen human formation in relation to the transformation of the reality of its participants possible. There is a need for the existence of on-line and off-line social movements as fundamental agents of social transformation.

Palabras clave : Human formation; Social movements; Digital culture.
