In the context of the emerging demand to produce knowledge and organize research references in Education for ethnic-racial relations, it is emphasized in this paper the relevance of the formative experience of black women undergraduates in teaching, research, and extension, as a path that can contribute to experimentation of black pedagogies inside and outside the university. These experiences of engaged university education, with a focus on the education of ethnic-racial relations, transform the way of producing knowledge and creating learning mediation methodologies that are fundamental for any curricular and didactic transformation. These are changes that begin with research topics and expand to the construction of knowledge and practices of education and teaching, impacting undergraduate students in their education process in the teaching training degree course and in school activities.
