Pedagocical Coordination is analyzed in terms of its relevance in the definition of internal educational policies. The input of educational specialists in theoretical and methodological procedures is decisive for the performance of the educational work of an educational institution, including the education of students for criticality, pursuant to Resolution CEB nº 2, april 7, 1998, establishing the National Curriculum Guidelines for Elementary School. Based on the principle brought in the Resolution and the new legal frameworks for diversity, we conclude that two educational coordinators lack theoretical-conceptual mastery in the performance of their educational work at schools.
