This essay analyzes the contributions of Galperin's theory that tell us about the complex dialectical positions and visions present in his work that can be systematized according to the current demands of knowledge construction proposed by the complexity approach. Among those contributions we can find: the careful observation of what happens in the zone of proximal development; the role of internal speech regulation; the differentiation between primary and secondary psychological characteristics; the interpretation of autonomy as a secondary characteristic; among others of interest for a complex integration of knowledge.
