Abstract

This paper is related to a doctoral research. The findings come from the legitimate interpretative analyses existing at the Policies of Continuous Formation in the State of Mato Grosso. It is based on the assumptions of narrative research, advocated by Clandinin and Connelly (2015). It aims at understanding, according to the official narratives, how the formation model of the Public Education Teaching is organized. The formation model is the result of a formation itinerary guided by instabilities and limitations originated from non-continuous movements tied up with the construction of pedagogical policies narratives which articulate the formation to the students’ proficiency level.
