From becoming a professor to creating in training processes in healthcare: a biographemic study. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2020, vol.26, e30958.  Epub Sep 21, 2020. This study critically examines training processes in healthcare. Its goal is to identify and analyze characteristics of teaching practices and their effects on classrooms. Several interviews with professors from the field were taken into consideration. We have employed a research method called Biographeme, a strategy that values life in its written form, as a folding of life and work in a movement towards becoming what one is. The data points to the relations between teaching and research, as well as between research and aspects of what one has experienced and the transformations that one wishes. We highlight the possibility of reinforcing the debate from the perspective of a didactic based upon a philosophy of difference, as a path through which professors and students may assume singular styles.

Keywords : Biographeme; Training in health care; Higher education; Teaching styles.
