Abstract

MASSA, Monica de Souza  and  D'AVILA, Cristina. University education in the field of computer technologies. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2020, vol.26, e23633.  Epub Oct 22, 2020. ISSN 1981-0431.  https://doi.org/10.26512/lc.v26.2020.23633.

The article presents a study about teaching computer technologies in higher education. It aims to understand the methods that guide their teaching practices and how affective and playful aspects are present in the didactic mediation process, based on the conceptions of the group of teachers surveyed. The results seem to indicate that, in the case studied, there´s a coexistence of a teaching model centered on technical rationality and the teachers concern for a more playful and affective educational practice, although with an instrumental perspective.
