Abstract

PINHO, Maria José de; QUEIROZ, Marina Carla da Cruz  and  FREIRE, José Carlos da Silveira. Ecosystemic and transdisciplinary thinking: tracing paths from the perspective of the Ecology of Knowledge. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2021, vol.27, e34338.  Epub Feb 09, 2021. ISSN 1981-0431.  https://doi.org/10.26512/lc.v27.2021.34338.

We live in an age marked by transformations of social and cultural order. On the basis of these changes, we witness a paradigmatic transition in the way of conceiving and producing knowledge. We will seek to discuss which paradigm is capable of reconnecting knowledge, building for a complex view of the universe. The objective is to understand the relevance of the emerging paradigm based on the dialogue between scientific knowledge and knowledge of experience, as an alternative to break with reductionism and the fragmentation of the traditional paradigm, since the ecosystem and transdisciplinary view in school spaces and pedagogical practices makes it possible to build a more human education.
