The purpose of this article is to present and discuss the characteristics of the curriculum of a full-time school in the municipal system of Joinville/SC. The research is anchored in theoretical references on curricular policies and integral education. With a qualitative approach, this case study includes document analysis, interviews and questionnaires. Participants are the school's teachers and managers. The content analysis made it possible to identify particular characteristics of the curriculum such as the offer of qualification in agriculture for elementary school students with a curricular organization based on a common and technical basis.
