From an experience report, this article aims to discuss the Physical Education classes in High School during the Homework Activity System (HAS), upon the students of one federal institution of education (.=638). Action research, the data analysis was done through fluctuating reading and content analysis. The stimulus to an active lifestyle was successful, promoting reflections in relation to a corporal culture of movement. The HAS cannot be a substitute for live classes but, it creates an important precedent for innovation, transdisciplinarity, and educational improvements. It is a change and an expansion of the model of the Physical Education.
