Abstract

MENEZES, Karla Mendonça; CANDITO, Vanessa  and  RODRIGUES, Carolina Braz Carlan. Contributions of action research to health education at school. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2021, vol.27, e38380.  Epub Dec 07, 2021. ISSN 1981-0431.  https://doi.org/10.26512/lc27202138380.

This study investigated the contributions of action research in the pedagogical practices of teachers involved in a training process, aimed at health education. The phases were progressively planned and permeated the identification of demands, problematization, theory, planning and action plan. The results indicate that the action research allowed the contextualization of problems present in everyday life, and presented potential for the introduction of pedagogical practices in health that were planned and articulated in the school curriculum, considering the involvement between the family and the school in this process, in addition to promoting the collective and interdisciplinary work of teachers.

Keywords : Health education; Action research; Pedagogical practices; Collective work.
