Abstract

GOMES, Greice  and  BRUCK, Ney. Administration is prescriptive, what to do? A proposal from/to deconstruction. Linhas Críticas [online]. 2021, vol.27, e34879.  Epub Mar 09, 2021. ISSN 1981-0431.  https://doi.org/10.26512/lc.v27.2021.34879.

Faced with the question ‘Administration is prescriptive, what to do?’ Our proposal would be: deconstruct. To do so is to move towards breaking with certain structuralist hierarchies that have marked this area of knowledge since its classic authors. For this endeavor we used Jacques Derrida's deconstruction as a theoretical reference, one of the most creative aspects of post-structuralism. The originality of this essay is to reflect on how a possible deconstructionist strategy applied to the field of Administration would be, as well as to propose an effectively transdisciplinary knowledge arrangement.

Keywords : Administration; Deconstruction; Structuralism; Post-Structuralism; Derrida.
