The article describes the strengths and difficulties related to the construction of the Singular Therapeutic Project (PTS) in the perception of mental health professionals. This is a qualitative study carried out from August to September 2021, through semi-structured interviews, with mental health professionals working in a Psychosocial Care Unit, in the hospital context, and a Psychosocial Care Center for alcohol and other drugs. For data analysis, Minayo's thematic content analysis was adopted. The results showed that, despite the difficulties, the professionals perceive the PTS as organizing actions to promote quality of life and psychosocial rehabilitation of the user.
