The text discusses the multiple facets of privatization in the Early Childhood stage, which occurs at the same time that public funding is destined for the private educational sector, including through legal mechanisms. It also aims to point out the Inter-Forum Movement of Early Childhood Education in Brazil (MIEIB) as a movement of purposeful resistance that fights for Brazilian public early childhood education, with a force of action throughout the national territory. This study was constructed through bibliographic research and analysis of federal government documents (Government Program / 2018, Presidential Decree No. 10.134 / 2019), as well as documents found on the MIEIB website and social media. It understands that the historic achievements in the area of Early Childhood Education are being threatened, especially with regard to the right to free education. It concludes that MIEIB constitutes an important space that acts in political networks in a purposeful way, elaborates and socializes manifestations, letters and documents that contribute to the debate and the political formation not only of teachers and professionals of the area, but also to make it clear to families and the community in general the real intentions of government policies and actions in the area of public education. In this way, it manages to act in the movement of elaboration and evaluation of public policies for Early Childhood Education.
