Abstract

POSSAMAI, Tamiris; ZOTTI, Solange Aparecida  and  VIZZOTTO, Liane. Entrepreneurship as a key point of the “Future-se” Program and “Novos Caminhos” Program: critical notes. J. Pol. Educ-s [online]. 2021, vol.15, e77967.  Epub Sep 22, 2021. ISSN 1981-1969.  https://doi.org/10.5380/jpe.v15i0.77967.

The article aims to analyze two educational programs developed and presented by the current Federal Government, whose intended formation has the promotion of entrepreneurship in the Federal Education Institutions and in the networks and institutions that offer basic, professional, and technological education at the secondary level. Methodologically, bibliographic research and document analysis procedures are used with a qualitative approach. After debating about the aspects of capitalist social dynamics, and pointing out how neoliberalism has served to perpetuate this societal project, entrepreneurship is problematized as a key point of the Entrepreneur and Innovative Universities and Institutes Program - “Future-se” Program and “Novos Caminhos” Program. It was noticed that these Programs, completely aligned, including in the structuring axis of entrepreneurship, express the objective of linking the training of young people and workers as well as scientific production - solely - to the demands of the productive sectors and its dehumanizing logic that contributes substantially to the subsumption of life to the capital.

Keywords : Entrepreneurship; “Future-se” Program; “Novos Caminhos” Program.
