This paper had as aim at surveying and systematizing data on the National Curriculum Common Base (BNCC)implementation process in municipal in municipal public education networks in Irati microregion, formed by the following municipalities: Irati, Rebouças, Mallet and Rio Azul (PR). It highlights curricular changes and/or guiding for schools, and the teaching education to work in this new curriculum design as well.For this study, a bibliographic survey was performed, detaching findings obtained by previous research on BNCC. In addition to documental research surveying information from public sources (documents andwebsites ofMunicipal and State Secretariats), from a critical perspective, it searches for pointing the relationship between state and curriculum policies, and the how BNCC was elaborated and is it has been implemented with private agents as protagonists. Then, a survey was carried out in municipal secretariats of municipal networks investigated by this research through an online questionnaire.It was found that elaboration and implementation process are marked by private agents work,andit was pointed disparity in BNCC implementation process on researched municipalities.
