OLIVEIRA, Dayse Kelly Barreiros de  and  MOURA, Ellen Michelle Barbosa de. Continued Education Teacher’s At The Stricto Sensu Level: The Principles And Elements Of A Proposal. J. Pol. The article aims to establish principles and basic elements to constitute a proposal for continued education at the stricto sensu level for basic education teachers. The methodology was a specific literature review. As considerations, the article points out a proposal of formation, in a critical historical perspective, which has as its basic principles the praxis and the research through the following elements: teacher as intellectual, articulation between university and school knowledge, solid theoretical and methodological formation, teachers' work and teachers' appreciation. The proposal considers the multiple determinations and their implications in the constitution of the subjects. Besides the possibility of experiences anchored in an emancipatory perspective, in which the university and school relationships are horizontalized and ethical, it may mean the guarantee of the formation process of organic intellectuals.
