This article claims to generate spaces for reflexion about the impact of emotional development on the humman one as well as human development impacts on the emotional one. What the persons gives to the enviroment in which she/he is, through his/her constitution and inheritance, allows in favorable conditions to develop socio-emotional skills so that person will be able to develop in a better way and to reach a life quality. Human development must not only be supporting but also must give the person the necessary things or tools to be self - supporting in a dinamic, global enviroment in constant change.
