The present article, when presenting the construction of a Teachers Formation Course in Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University Campus of Sinop - UFMT, searches to understand some innovations and limitations referring to the access to the academic formation of young workers to the superior education. The aim is to establish a relation between the perspective of popular education and the initial teachers formation to the natural sciences and the mathematics. In the curricular drawing highlights aspects able to identifying with the “cosmopolitan rationality” that adjusting with the transition it will be able to expand the present and to contract the future. The resume in its drawing distinguishes from the organization of the conventional resumes in the treatment that it attributes to the theory and the practical, mediated for the signification of workers who carry out a singular situation as students or current issues arising from the circumstances of their world living, working and schooling.
