The reflection which takes beginning teachers as its axis of analysis has been getting growingly implanted in many countries. This study focuses the trends of anaysis of that theme, especially outlining higher education teaching in a context of expansion of access to that level of schooling. How do young teachers integrate to teaching activities? What has been studied in the field of introduction to teaching that could impact university? Such questions mobilize in-depth investigation, attempting to explicit the importance of the theme both pedagogically and politically.
