The article presents the results of an investigation into the foundations of the research carried on digital inclusion in Brazil in the area of Education. Presents the fundamentals of the proposition of an academic research agenda focused on digital inclusion. Has as objectives to discuss the theoretical, conceptual and methodological foundations, determine the digital inclusion agenda, term employed in this study, and present some of the indicators (clusters) uncovered by the research of macro, where the article it is complementary part. The method used is the infometric developed at the Capes dissertations theses data-banks. Data analysis is performed from the sociometric test. As a result the article indicates aspects theoretical, methodological and conceptual to be analyzed in the research development.
