Teacher Formative Complex Tissue is herein presented as a qualitative construction derived from Interpretation Complex (IC) approach. Results are those from a doctoral thesis dealing with the impact of specific areas in formative processes of UFSM formative teacher's courses. Study, theoretically and epistemologically based on Complexity Theory, was performed under a qualitative methodology, from which was built a different type of interpretation (IC) contributing to subsequent studies in the area. Collection information instruments were documents' analysis and narrative interviews with licentiate's teachers. From the study, it was elaborated the Teacher Formative Complex Tissue concept, consisted by three complex nets (Specific area net, Teacher's formative net, and Operative-formative net) highlighting the need for teacher education be understood through its complexity and act on knowledge rewiring.
