The experience connects to the teacher formation through different ways and meanings. The aim of the research was present a scenario of the researchers which involve the experience during teacher formation in the annals from ANPED and ENEBIO, from 2010 to 2015. Through a bibliographic research with analysis inspired by the Content Analysis, a total of 323 works in which there was the word experience was collected. Subtracting 45 selected texts according to the focus of the study, the experience in them is now an anchor of choice or continuity in the teaching profession, sometimes as that which reaches the subject, which marks, transforms. It is concluded that, experience emerges in the teacher formation as a synonymous with several terms, specifying a situation, the service time or an experimentation activity, also assisting, in the take of decisions or something fundamental, inherent and striking to the subject and it can leads him to transformations.
