This text presents questions related to the formative aspects of Classes Integrais at Colégio Estadual do Paraná, a secondary education pedagogical innovation experiment developed between 1960 and 1967 at that model school located in Curitiba-PR. That experiment, together with similar initiatives developed in other Brazilian educational institutions and that went by the name of Classes Experimentais, formed part of the proposals of pedagogical innovation developed with effect from the 1950s in Brazil. The analysis of the sources has allowed us to identify a set of pedagogical actions that were developed with the aim of providing integral education for the students participating in the classes selected for that educational innovation, taking into consideration the social transformations that took place in that context.
