This investigation is part of a research of Doctorate which discuss the teacher education in collaborative contexts online. Developed in the virtual environment Moodle, of the Platform of Teachers of the University Federal of São Carlos, constituted in a community of learning online, involving undergraduate students in Pedagogy in the last year of beginner teacher education and beginner teachers of the initial years of primary education. The data of the research is of a teacher who initially participated as an undergraduate student and, subsequently, was accompanied by autobiographical narratives in the process of insertion in the professional career. Our objective is to analyze, through the professional autobiographical narratives of this teacher, the journey of induction to teaching conducted in the collaborative research. In the journey of her inception in the career, the teacher, leaves evidence on how she prospectively sees professional goals and objectives to help her constitute herself as teacher. Also, she places herself as a reflexive teacher, focused on her aspirations and educational necessities.
