This study focuses on the approach to teaching in research, paying attention to the perspectives (with their procedures and instruments) of interaction with professionals and their work in Early Childhood Education. Therefore, drawing on Bakhtinian theoretical-methodological frameworks (especially in observations about the human sciences), the aim is to connect three dimensions related to the challenges involved in recognizing teaching work: the principles and regulations concerning ethics in research and the strategies of action directed towards interaction with teaching. In dialogue with a selected group of researches, the results highlight the complexity of discussions about the production of knowledge between researchers and teachers within the context of institutional work. Consequently, the study problematizes the (in)visibilities of authorship, particularly in their interfaces with the production of recognizing social, within the framework of the right to education articulated with the affirmation of teachers and their work (with and through their own voices), amidst the struggle for the expansion and enhancement of Early Childhood Education.
