The formation of global citizens in the school context is currently a priority that, although affected by the multidimensionality of the situations that affect the comprehensive development of children and adolescents who attend official schools in the country. The article presents an experience developed in an official school in the department of Atlántico Colombia, where from the implementation of an Interdisciplinary Project of School Citizenship and Play (PINCEL), innovation processes supported by interdisciplinarity that promote comprehensive development are marked. of students based on the experience of citizen values and environmental awareness. The playful, experiential and interactive methodology of the actions developed in the context of the project facilitates the achievement of multiple scenarios of citizen experience. The results of the experience show the contribution to the continuous improvement of educational processes and pedagogical action in context, favoring social cohesion, solidarity, coexistence and a prospective vision of the teacher's work, focused on the well-being of the students. from the strengthening of citizen values and awareness regarding the care and preservation of the environment.
