This article deals with the urgent need of planning and implementation of innovative proposals for the teachers' and professors' training for all educational levels. It considers the strategic importance of educational and social training of good teachers for the primary and high school and the need to rethink the training and practice of professors for graduation courses to adequate them to new professional proposals. It reflects on the training of professors to use social networks as a possible way to intermediate the communication between professors and students. It amplifies the uses of these networks to trans-disciplinary training on universities, as: training networks of professors; integrating participants of traditional courses with aspects of the distance learning and amplifying the practice network of the universities, to achieve several other segments of society.
