Abstract

The article supports reflections on the concepts of open education and open education with the theoretical nuances assumed in recent decades. It seeks to reconstruct such concepts through the analysis of projects developed by students of a graduate program. It adopts the methodological approach inspired by Responsible Research and Innovation. It concludes that open education should perform roles of spectrum of a knowledge of political, territorial, economic and legal dimensions from institutional frameworks that bring it scope, amplitude, continuity, recognition and accessibility to all and social inclusion, in dialogue with reality.
