Nowadays, continued formation is an emergent process of actualization and changes of knowledge and relevant information. In the higher education, continued formation is magnifier of transformation at educational work in relation of technologies and her influences at development of cognition to learning. In connection to potentiality, this information develops and promotes the access to the citizen building, that can not be distant to these technologies, their elements and characteristics that change stiles, needs and even professional requirements of world-wide market. To leave of these assertive ones, higher educational institutions have been extending their teachers’ career plan, giving incentives at master degree and Ph D mainly. The importance of this information is unquestioned, but what is perceived as innovation to improvement to the faculty is elaboration of courses at educational computer science area, an innovate subject and scarce of reference. The elaboration of those courses has had like axle to typical subjects of educational technology area, as virtual environment, for learning education in the distance and the use of computer in the classroom. Thinking in a work in this subject, we had structured a model of perfectioning course that had been tasted in a private institution at the interior of São Paulo State in the end of 2004 and beginning of 2005. This course, that will be detailed, has as distinguishing principles of information literacy, of virtual literacy and media literacy. These three principles prioritize the process of teaching and learning mediated for technologies to knowledge as a tool or technician way. The purpose of this course had been extended pedagogic practices of higher education using technologies. The course, with 180 hours, had have as technologic mediation resource the virtual environment TelEduc, a free environment that has a big acceptance at the use to the courses in all areas. It had been developed by researches created at on mainly Brazilian public universities, Unicamp.
