This article presents the experience developed in the research group Pefop (Paradigms educational and teacher educations) during the seminar Educational Theory and Practice in Teacher Education, of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Aiming to analyze the education of university teachers and their pedagogical practices with the innovative and conservatives paradigms, defined as research problem: how to propose a process of continuing teacher education that meets the complexity paradigm in proposing methodologies that search the knowledge production with the aid of technology in online interface? In a qualitative approach (action research), the process was conducted with six researchers, two professors and four doctorate students in Education. In this process, we chose the methods based on problematization, contextualization with a critical and reflective, through individual and collective production of the group, from reading and posting summary presented in concept maps ported online that would support the discussions throughout the process. From these productions, the study participants prepared a report on the case, on which they described the relevance of the experience on proposition to search for premises to suggest a continuing education paradigm of complexity with the aid of the use of virtual environment that generated this output.
