Displays context and weightings of the first phase of the study "Implications of practice and experience in teacher education." The context is characterized generally by the fact of approach of 97 graduate students enrolled in the course Metodologia do Ensino Superior in the years 2009 and 2010 and the discussions emerged from experimental classes and discussions on the meaning of teaching in higher education. The findings are gathered from writing essays about their professoralization processes and the theme of experience implication in teacher education is highlighted in excerpts taken away. The ethical dimension of training and teaching is the object of exploitation as it enhances the effects of interimplication between subjects, their condition of work groups and their students.
