Abstract

BORGES, Marcelo Gules. TEIA and REDE: learning in local networks of environmental education. Rev. Diálogo Educ. [online]. 2017, vol.17, n.55, pp.1465-1501.  Epub Feb 11, 2020. ISSN 1981-416X.  https://doi.org/10.7213/1981-416x.17.055.ds02.

Based on an ethnography carried out with two environmental education networks in the context of schools in southern Brazil, TEIA and REDE, the article analyzes the ways in which these collectives are constituted in terms of their identities, modes of action and learning networks. For this, I present a reference set that address socio-historical elements and learning in the daily dynamics of constitution and action of these collectives. Networks in the context of schools play a vital role to teacher training and in the processes of environmentalization of education.
