University teaching is focused on this article from the didactic relationships undertaken in class. It is discussed with interfaces of knowledge and pedagogical practices, seeking to know the elements present in this didactic movement. Therefore, this article sought to verify the challenges and perspectives present in the didactic relationships of university teachers in an in-service training course and the knowledge constructed and mobilized in pedagogical practice. The research was carried out in 2014, through the observations - with field notes description - of university classes in the Pedagogy undergraduate course, which is conceived as an in-service training course for it is specific for teachers. With the analysis of the produced data, we found that the observed classes were problematized and contextualized, and brought aspects of the students’ social reality. Thus, we verified that in those classes the movement of construction and deconstruction of knowledge was taking place and that the process of teaching-learning was developing in the midst of resistance and insistence. We also found that didactic relationships included pedagogical, methodological, ideological, human and cultural news, among others. In those classes, challenges were revealed and perspectives emerged in the midst of the training construction. Thus, university teaching is analyzed and built on the interfaces between pedagogical knowledge and practices as learning movements.
