Abstract

Thinking about the broad technological formation of socio-philosophical criticism with dialectical and hermeneutic theoretical ballast based on contemporary social philosophers - Bauman, Foucault, Beck, Sennett, Camin, Freire, others - and classics - Rousseau and Bacon - recognized, identified with the themes of politics public and power, is the central movement of this essay. The debate analyzes the common and naturalized use for public policies, training and technology and etymologically problematizes them to broaden conceptual understandings and their imbrications with power. For the management policies of the State and its administrative responsibility - co-responsible for the implementation and development of public and judicial policies - co-responsible for the implementation and development of public and judiciary policies. Technological training is understood as a public education policy for universities and schools - to be aware of the constant, volatile and diluted capitalist market as a centralizer and manipulator of data, information, ideas and behaviors and not to unravel the logic of training. Training with technologies for the development of humanity in each individual and the collectivity of technology to offer the central danger with the condition is the thematization that warns about training for humanity with the sense that the current application of the consumerist market.
