This article is part of the context of the Institutional Doctoral Research in progress and entitled “Training of teacher trainers of the State Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro in the covid-19 pandemic: a cyberresearch-training”. It emerges from the dilemmas of training teacher educators and research in the context of the new coronavirus pandemic. As a theoretical-methodological framework, we used cyberresearch-training and open schooling as a strategy for doing/thinking. In this context, we present one of the devices called Gallery Walk online to understand how teacher trainers were formed from the sharing of narratives during the new coronavirus pandemic and in the light of the notion of open schooling. It addresses the process of learning and teaching from the dilemmas of trainers at the State Department of Education of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Our findings point in the direction that this training experience proved to be potent for the production of knowledge by the teacher trainers of the State Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro, in light of the hypermedia possibilities, interactivity, collaboration, co-creation and hypertextuality.
