Our study has the general objective of to characterize the professional condition of pedagogues in organizational spaces, based on dialogues between authors such as Libâneo (2001; 2012), Sánchez (2014), Fazenda (2011), among others. It is a qualitative research, carried out with 14 pedagogues who worked in different organizational spaces, between the years 2019 and 2020. For data collection, structured questionnaires were used, following the method and open codification of the Grounded Theory (CHARMAZ, 2009; STRAUSS; CORBIN, 2008). The result shows that there are possibilities for the performance of Pedagogy professionals in the corporate environment, but the limitations require the appropriation of specific knowledge in the areas of human resources, people management and corporate education, since, currently, Pedagogy courses do not promote this formative repertoire. This drawing of the professional condition of the pedagogue as a specialist in Education proposes, therefore, to help in the process of problematizing this theme in Pedagogy courses, especially in relation to the theoretical and methodological aspects, as an integral part of the demands of contemporary society to meet the new work agendas, while the organizational spheres bet on educational practices as a function of promoting the learning of everyone who is part of the corporate system.
