This work seeks to present the results about the process of producing scientific dissemination content for social networks, in this case, for the Instagram profile “Tem Física Aí?”. This content production, which was carried out by undergraduate students of the Supervised Internship IV discipline, of the Physics Degree course at UFPE/CAA, belonged to the theme of the contributions of women scientists to Science and was analyzed from the theoretical context of the which is understood by scientific dissemination and by recontextualization of the discourse - according to Bernstein (1996). The research used a qualitative methodology, fitting, according to the literature, in a case study. After analyzing the data collected, from the materials produced by the undergraduates, it was possible to obtain an understanding of how the process of recontextualization of knowledge occurs in the production of this science dissemination content, when the environment used for this is Instagram, and it was possible to answer also to some other objectives, such as identifying the methodologies or even identifying the strategies used by the undergraduates in the production and recontextualization of the content. The results obtained show the specific characteristics of this form of scientific dissemination, carried out in a social network, also showing the presence of markers that indicate the recontextualization of the discourse, such as the presence of regulatory discourse and instructional discourse in the final discourse produced.
