Abstract

This work serves as a theoretical construction promoting dialogue between the assumptions grounding permanent education in health (EPS) and the poet Manoel de Barros’ ‘disforming’ propositions, in order to contribute to views on training and working in health. We have decided to unveil such an approach from the verses of the poem “As Lições de RQ” (“The RQ Lessons”) that serve as the basis for reflective advances. The discussion is mainly based on the works of Paulo Freire and Adolfo Sánchez Vázquez, as it shifts toward a revolutionary, transformative and liberating praxis.
