This is a review of the book Theory of Addiction, by Jamie Brown and Robert West, published in the UK by Wiley Blackwell in 2013. The PRIME Theory of Behaviour Change is presented and the author discusses its applicability to studies or interventions aimed at changing behaviours in the field of medical education.
