Study exposes reflections arising from a research mustered in Master in Education, Faculty of Education, University of Rio Grande do Norte. Aims to historicize the trajectory of Education training for men and women who live on / in the field. Thus, rebuild fragments and elements that tearam the realization of Education / the field. We ratify the Methodology Oral history as a central work by validating the life stories of the actors / authors of the study as key plot elements that make up the search. Actors / study authors recount their experiences with the country education, share the experiences / training in the field, talk about themselves and their interconnecting said the historical reality of rural education. The education field formed by traversing models exclusions and silencing. The struggles waged by peasants and claims social movements assert the need for educational policies that validate the repertoire of life and knowledge of rural people crannies. Therefore, it is necessary a redefinition Country in schools, teacher training field, ie in the field of education itself.
