This essay examines the implications of More Education Program (2010-2013) in ensuring quality education through the establishment of public-private partnerships and volunteerism. This program integrates the Development Plan for Education and intends expanding the school day by offering additional activities after school. The proclaimed intention is to reduce educational inequalities, to promote the value of cultural diversity and to ensure education quality. To do so, it induces the participation of civil society actors in mapping spaces for the operation of full-time education, in the management and provision of complementary activities.
