Integral education has been the focus of political discussions in diverse segments within the context of Brazilian education, with special emphasis on academic productions that consider the fruitful dialogue between public policies and educational experiences. In the interview presented, Professor Romualdo Portela de Oliveira updates the scenario of integral education policies and points to a perspective of the real possibilities, in front of the national policies, of the expansion of the actions in relation to the implementation of a integral education school in Brazil.
