This is a descriptive report that includes the observation about the discipline Oral and Written Communication, component of the Human and Social area of the Pedagogical Plan of the Accounting Course of the Rondônia’s Federal University, and its correlation with the interactive form of apprehension during the proposed activities in 2016. Supported by bibliographic review and participant observation, the objective of this work is to demonstrate the students' apprehension about the debated contents and to assimilate the scope not only of theories, but of daily practice related to the subjects experiences, their needs and their interests in the area of vocational training. Thus, the results infer the construction of shared knowledge in the teaching and learning process between teacher and students and the apprehension of the studied content beyond the scope of Accounting Sciences.
